Welcome to gobaji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the gobaji online betting and casino platform, accessible at gobaji.com and its associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). gobaji is operated by its registered entity under an international offshore licence and is intended for use by adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
To register and use gobaji you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gobaji may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the gobaji Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where gobaji identifies that a player holds more than one account, gobaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any associated balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account.
gobaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations under applicable international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at gobaji's discretion:
gobaji will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the process is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gobaji login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. gobaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. gobaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods published on the Platform from time to time. gobaji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All balances are maintained in BDT.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by gobaji and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the gobaji cashier section. gobaji reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice. Players with enhanced verification status may be eligible for higher transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed by gobaji within an average of 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. gobaji reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where a transaction triggers an automated fraud or anti-money laundering alert. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account unless verified ownership of the alternative method is confirmed.
You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your gobaji account originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. gobaji may return deposits received from unverified third-party sources and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Currency Note: All gobaji transactions, balances, bonuses, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions.
gobaji may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds credited to a gobaji account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may not contribute towards wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the promotion terms.
gobaji operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing bets that exploit a bonus in a mathematically risk-free manner ("bonus arbitrage"), or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion. Where gobaji determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, gobaji reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.
All bonuses credited to a gobaji account are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from expired bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from the account balance automatically upon expiry.
All bets placed on gobaji are subject to acceptance by the Platform. gobaji reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where the odds offered were the result of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. A bet is not confirmed until gobaji issues a bet confirmation reference number.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on gobaji. Current limits are displayed within each market prior to bet placement. gobaji reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns indicate irregular activity.
gobaji reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in the odds, market settings, or results data. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, obviously incorrect pricing, typographical errors in market names, and results fed in error by a third-party data provider. gobaji will notify affected players and refund stakes where bets are voided under this provision.
In-play betting markets offered by gobaji are governed by the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform. gobaji's decision on the status and outcome of in-play markets is final. Live odds are subject to suspension at any time during the event, particularly during reviews, wickets, goal kicks, and other officiating stoppages.
All casino games available on gobaji — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and arcade games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by certified live dealers from regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of gobaji's influence. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the respective game information panels.
By participating in casino games on gobaji, you acknowledge that all outcomes are subject to chance and that there is no guarantee of winning. gobaji does not accept liability for any losses incurred during casino gameplay, provided that games have been operated fairly and in accordance with their published rules.
Game rules for individual titles are accessible within each game's information or help panel. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, gobaji's server records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected round. If a round was in progress at the time of disconnection and the outcome cannot be determined from server records, the stake for that round will be refunded to your account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gobaji Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

Before closing your account, gobaji will process any outstanding withdrawal requests for verified balances, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.
gobaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, gobaji may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. gobaji may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Dormant accounts may be reactivated by the account holder at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
gobaji is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. gobaji provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the player account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session duration reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

All content on the gobaji Platform — including but not limited to the gobaji brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual material — is owned by or licensed to gobaji and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any gobaji content without prior written consent from gobaji.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gobaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, data loss, service interruptions, or errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers.
gobaji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit gobaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gobaji holds its international offshore licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of gobaji, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting gobaji support at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of notification, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
gobaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or for security reasons. Your continued use of the gobaji Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using gobaji and may request account closure as described in Section 9.1.
